Deck Re-Coating
Brisbane Deck Re-Coating use the best materials available, combined with a thorough preparation process to ensure your outdoor timber surfaces look amazing, while being protected from the elements.
Over 30 years of experience we have refined our processes to perfect the art of deck and timber resurfacing.
Our specialised techniques and tools ensure that timber surfaces are first correctly prepared and then finished to perfection, giving the rejuvenated timber surface the longest life possible.
Before we start the re-coating process, an inspection reveals any minor building defects or issues that need to be addressed before coating begins. Any nailing required is performed with an air punch, minimising damage to timber surfaces and ensuring solid fastening.
All surfaces to be coated are then sanded to bare timber by qualified floor sanders, using drum sanders and specific tools to expose a clean timber surface that's capable of absorbing as much of the coating material as possible. The surfaces are then thoroughly washed with a premium revival product, which ensures that the coating products have the best chance possible of penetrating the timber, which results in a far longer life and better protection of the timber.
Outdoor items and surfaces not being coated are covered to ensure a clean, no-drip finish. We also remove any large or bulky items from the area to eliminate the risk of drips or accidental splash damage.
All coating is performed by trade qualified painters, guaranteeing consistent, quality work with the backing of professional tradespeople. Brisbane Deck Re-Coating have been established for decades, performing hundreds of outdoor timber restoration jobs throughout Brisbane. Our experience and dedication to perfecting the re-coating process provides peace of mind that the job will be carried out in the best way possible, for a stunning result that will last.
